These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the r85aa platform. By registering an account and using our services, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "Account Holder") and r85aa ("r85aa", "we", "our", "us"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://r85aa.club. These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with r85aa, including account registration, use of games and services, financial transactions, and dispute resolution. 3.1 Age Requirement. Any Account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately terminated and any deposited funds will be returned to the verified deposit source.
Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering an r85aa Account or participating in any Real Money Play. r85aa verifies date of birth against government-issued ID during KYC. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
3.2 Identity. You must register using your true, legal identity. Creating an Account using false, borrowed, or fabricated personal information is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable Philippine law.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) active r85aa Account. Possession of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances at r85aa's discretion.
3.4 Jurisdiction. r85aa is licensed by PAGCOR for operation within the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are doing so at their own legal risk and in violation of these Terms. r85aa shall not be liable for any legal consequences arising from access by Players in Prohibited Jurisdictions.
3.5 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have previously applied for self-exclusion from r85aa or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming operator are not eligible to register or maintain an Account. Persons with compulsive gambling problems are encouraged to seek professional assistance and not to register.
4.1 To access Real Money Play on r85aa, you must complete a two-stage account setup process: initial registration and KYC verification.

5.1 All deposits to r85aa Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). r85aa does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any foreign currency transaction processed through a third-party payment provider will be converted at that provider's prevailing rate; r85aa accepts no responsibility for exchange rate losses.

5.3 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day depending on the payment method and your Account's verification tier.
5.4 Deposits from payment methods not registered in your verified name are prohibited. r85aa reserves the right to return funds received from unverified third-party sources and to suspend the associated Account pending investigation.
5.5 r85aa does not charge fees for standard deposits. Third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, for which r85aa accepts no responsibility.
5.6 r85aa reserves the right to suspend, reverse, or decline any deposit that is suspected of being fraudulent, the proceeds of criminal activity, or associated with a self-excluded or ineligible Account.
6.1 Withdrawals are available only to fully KYC-verified Account holders. r85aa does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, unregistered payment methods, or methods different from those used for the associated deposit without additional verification.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per rolling 24-hour period apply and are specified in your Account dashboard.
6.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests are processed as follows (approximate and subject to verification queue):
6.4 r85aa reserves the right to impose additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, including requests for source of funds documentation, particularly for requests above ₱50,000. These checks are required under PAGCOR's anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
6.5 Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied. Any attempt to withdraw Bonus Funds in violation of these requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
7.1 r85aa may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other incentives to eligible Account holders. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which shall be read in conjunction with these Terms.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credits are subject to a Wagering Requirement. Wagering Requirements must be satisfied within the stated validity period; any unmet requirement upon expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
7.3 r85aa reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including retroactively in the event of suspected abuse.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. r85aa actively monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or mathematically hedged bets to satisfy Wagering Requirements with minimal exposure, and coordinated abuse using linked payment methods. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse are subject to forfeiture of all bonus-related balances and Account termination.
7.5 Only one (1) welcome bonus may be claimed per Account, per device, per household, and per IP address.

8.1 All games available on the r85aa Platform — including slots, live casino, bingo, fishing games, and specialty titles — are operated using independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment under continuous surveillance.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the r85aa Platform and will result in Account suspension, termination, and potential referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, r85aa's total aggregate liability to any Account holder arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Account holder in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15.3 PAGCOR Escalation. If your dispute remains unresolved following the internal review, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority for r85aa's licensed operations in the Philippines.
15.4 Jurisdiction. Any legal action arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. By using r85aa, you irrevocably submit to this jurisdiction.
